Your portrait

We draw their portrait from your photos and embroider it big across the front of the hoodie, up to 25cm wide, with their name stitched underneath if you'd like it (normally £9.99, free at launch). Embroidery works in clean shapes and up to a handful of thread colours, so the portrait is a stitched illustration of their face rather than a photo. You approve the proof before we stitch, and we'll redraw it until you're happy.

Stanley/Stella Cruiser 2.0 hoodie. 350gsm heavyweight brushed fleece in 100% organic cotton (GOTS and OCS certified). Double-layer hood, front pouch pocket, ribbed cuffs and hem. Regular unisex fit that runs slightly small; go one size up for a relaxed look.

Delivery & returns

Free tracked UK delivery. Because every hoodie is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, faulty or different from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right.

Care

Turn inside out, wash at 30°C and hang to dry. Don't iron over the embroidery.

Which animals can you do?

Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and most other animals. If you can photograph their face clearly, we can draw them. One animal per hoodie.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where their face is fully visible, front-on or at a slight angle. Phone photos are perfect. Please avoid filters and pick a photo with just one animal in it.

Will I see the design before it's stitched?

Yes. We email you a proof of their portrait, usually within 1 working day. Nothing is stitched until you approve it, and you can ask for changes.

Is it printed or embroidered?

Embroidered. Their portrait is stitched into the fabric with thread, so it won't crack, peel or fade the way a print can. Embroidery works in simple shapes and colours, so your proof shows a clean, stitched version of their face rather than a photo.

When will my hoodie arrive?

Every hoodie is embroidered to order in the UK. Please allow [X–Y] working days after you approve your proof. We'll send tracking as soon as it ships.

How does it fit?

A regular unisex fit in heavyweight 350gsm organic cotton. For a relaxed, oversized look, we recommend going one size up. Check the size guide for exact measurements.
